Upon completion of your purchase you will have online access to an enhanced ePDF (no downloads).
Individual ebook customers receive automatic emails in response to their purchase, with links and instructions. Please check your spam / junk folder if you can't see the email in your inbox.
Please give the eReader at least 30 seconds to
load. If the ebook doesn't work for you initially please try in a
different Internet browser / clear your cache and cookies / try in an
incognito or private window (a private / incognito window should be an
option within the drop down 'file' menu of your Internet browser).
If you are unhappy with your eBook purchase you can exchange your eBook for a print copy (postage charges may apply).
